There is a problem with old installer, you should uninstall the game and take new installer-file from the web pages and re-install the game with this new file.

I started the game and its loading something, what is that?

Updater checks for latest game version and updates the game if needed.

I cannot connect to the game server, what now?

First you should check your internet connection. Firewall can also prevent connection to game server, you should allow port 3973 for game and ports 2345, 6969 and 80 for updater.

Game is running really slow, what can I do?

Check you graphics settings from options, lowering these setting usually makes game run faster.
