What are the drink’s affective ingredients and how many are there?
Battery energy drink’s power is based on (depending on variant) coffee and guarana extracts.. The ingredients used in Battery Original energy drink are water, sugar, maltodextrin, taurine, citric acid (acidity regulator), coffee and guarana extracts, vitamins (niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6, B2 and B12), aromas, as well as caramel (colorant) and sodium benzoate (preservative). What kind of warning text is on the can?

What is taurine?
Taurine is a micromolecular amino acid. There is a great deal of it in fish, meat and certain plants, including beans, peanuts and mushrooms. To a certain extent, the body also produces its own taurine. Because taurine is secreted in mother’s milk, it is added to breast milk substitutes.
What is the basis of taurine’s effect?
Taurine appears in the brain, the eye’s retinae, as well as in heart and bone marrow tissue. In the brain taurine functions as a transmitter. Taurine affects hormonal secretions, sensitivity to pain as well as the body’s temperature regulation.

Can you ingest too many B vitamins?
Because B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins, extra vitamins pass through the body; B vitamins do not form large concentrations in the body. An exception is vitamin B12 that is stored.
